The Stahl Companies was the General Contractor on this project to take an existing 14-bed med/surg wing and convert the usage to behavioral health. The scope consisted of window and door renovations to meet all anti-ligature requirements. Each bathroom had to have anti-ligature applications as well and this involved sink and toilet hardware replacement. Space requirements called for the relocation of certain walls and all finishes were upgraded including new flooring consisting of both laminate and carpet as well as new paint and ceiling tiles.
