- Developed comprehensive schedule of all occupancy preparation tasks, move timelines and post move activities. Identified critical tasks, managed timeline and milestone achievements. Tracked and facilitated resolution of preparation issues.
- Managed critical deadlines and coordinated with construction management, various trades, Pharmacy Team, Hospital support teams, and other entities as needed.
- Developed detailed plan for secure and efficient move of all drugs, supplies and equipment.
- Identified needs and develop comprehensive scopes of work for equipment vendors, move vendor, technical crews and other services required to complete the move.
- Coordinated equipment crews, movers and other vendors, and provided detailed schedule of activities for all vendors.
- Managed move of all equipment, drugs and supplies, resolved issues as they arose. Move in was accomplished on time and within budget.
